To add an SBML document to the Model List go to Add model to list and upload a model or choose a BioModel.
In the Model List overview you see all your current models. Each table column provides you with functions and information about the model. Each of the columns is explained below.

- [Select] allows you to select models for "diff/merge/split selected" function.
- [SBML] shows the file name of the document. If you click on the name, you obtain the highlighted source code of the document.
- [View] shows a static network graphics.
- [Dynamic] shows a flexible network graphics.
- [Browse] if you click on the
icon ("to HTML") your browser will automatically generate a HTML based view of the document with the help of an XSL stylesheet file that was provided by http://www.mcisb.org/SBMLBrowse/. Some browsers like Internet Explorer or older versions of FireFox and Opera might not provide this functionality! - [Find similar] click the find similar models to use this document to retrieve similar BioModels. The similarity search is based on MIRIAM annotations that are contained in the document. If this document does not contain MIRIAM annotations you should go to semanticSBML 1.0 online and add MIRIAM annotations to you model.
- [Annotate] Click the annotation icon to add MIRIAM-compliant annotations.
- [Parameters] starts parameter balancing.
- [SBtab] Click the SBtab icon to convert model to SBtab format.
- [SBO Terms] Click the add SBO terms icon to automatically assign SBO terms to the document.
- [JWS] generates a special document that is needed in the internal functions of JWS Online. (Most likely you will not need this function)
- [Size/kB] shows size of the document in kilobytes.
- [ID] shows the internal identifier of the document.
- [Download] If you have modified the document you can click the
icon to download the document to your computer. - [Remove] clicking the
icon removes the document from Model List.
