Welcome to the BioModelsStats website.

Choose the statistics you want to view in the left panel.
Currently the options for the plots are shown in the adress bar. The variables here are:

only_csr	0 or 1	1 selects only the annotations from the compartments, species, and reactions
only_sig_met	0 / 1 / 2	1 selects only signalling, 2 only metabolic, and 0 all models
filter	>= 1	averaging of the values over that many consecutive models
